I will begin by wishing you a joyous holiday season with much to be thankful for!

Here a few ideas I have read about recently:
The kitchen sponge is the dirtiest item in the house. The more you use it the more it’s family of germs spread. It can be disinfected by zapping it in the microwave for 30 seconds or just put it in your dishwasher with the dishes for a full cycle.
I have found a simple excercise to help those of us with back pain to strengthen our backs. Stand, sit or lie on your back and exhale all your breath while trying to pull your navel up and in toward your head. Hold for 10 seconds and release. Repeat 12 times. Do these as many times as you can during the day.
