Your initial visit will allow us to evaluate your personal dental health desires and present condition. This evaluation will include a cleaning if possible and appropriate imaging/photographs as well as an opportunity to share your concerns. The doctor will provide a diagnosis and life-long care plan that will assist you in maintaining your personal dental health for a lifetime.
To prepare beforehand:
- Make a list of questions to ask your doctor. This includes any concerns or oral problems you’ve been experiencing.
- If you have dental insurance, remember to bring your insurance card with you.
- If you have a history of joint replacement or heart disease, please notify us 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
